Power Plant To Malicounda

DAKO WORLDWIDE TRANSPORT GMBH has completed the delivery of a 120MW combined cycle thermal power plant for Malicounda, Senegal located about south-east from Dakar.
DAKO was responsible for the shipping from the countries of origin to the port of Dakar and for the transportation and foundation delivery of the main components.

Main components for this power plant project are:
7 Engines / 287 tons each
7 Generators / 80 tons each
7 Boiler / 75 tons each
2 Transformers / 85 tons each
Transport free site / free foundation

For the whole operation DAKO relied on its own equipment which is stationed in West Africa.
